Molly, 7.5 months
“We delayed seeking support for a while, assuming things would just improve in time as our baby had never been a good sleeper. Unfortunately, it just got much worse from 6 months when she started waking sometimes hourly through the evenings and night, very upset and taking a long time to resettle. This wasn’t sustainable for any of us so we reached out to Leanne when Molly was 7.5 months and we were exhausted!
The transformation in her sleep has been astonishing, especially in how immediate Molly responded to the approach. By night 2 she was sleeping through the night and we’ve been getting regular 12 hour stretches now she has learned how to self settle. Her 30min cat naps also quickly lengthened so I now get 1-1.5hr twice a day to actually get things done, or relax!
We couldn’t have achieved this without Leanne’s support and help keeping us focused. We are so grateful! Now we are getting good sleep we have the confidence to socialise/host in the evenings too, and are so much happier. Thank you!”

Nora, 6.5 months
“Our daughter Nora slept fairly well as a newborn but from three months on she began to wake every hour or two at night and was very difficult to resettle. Daytime naps were often only half an hour at best. My partner and I were absolutely exhausted and so was Nora. By six and a half months we realised the situation wasn’t working for anyone, so we decided to get some help.
It was the best decision! Leanne talked through all the details of our situation with us and gave us the confidence to start making changes to our routine. Within a few nights of starting the two-week programme Nora was going to sleep easily, only waking once a night and even sleeping through. We have transitioned from three to two daytime naps, and they are now a much better length. Nora is well rested and happy and so are her parents! Alfie, 16 months
“Leanne has been an absolute blessing and came along at just the right time for us! My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner. We had experienced broken nights of sleep with our little boy Alfie for 16 months until we met Leanne. The thought of getting a full night’s sleep again felt like a distant dream. At our lowest points, we were driving Alfie round in the car at 2am out of sheer desperation! He could be awake for several hours in the night and our whole evenings were taken up trying to get him to sleep. I found I could never predict when his nap times were going to be and he’d often cat nap for 40 mins before waking again and being extremely over tired. We had tried other sleep trainers and courses before and nothing had worked! When we met Leanne, she was incredibly thorough in understanding Alfie’s whole day and night time routine. She was able to help us identify that, actually, Alfie’s lack of daytime sleep was making him over tired and disrupting his nighttime sleep! Since making a few key changes we very quickly saw progress and Alfie now sleeps through every night, settling himself to sleep in the evening and having a 2 hour nap in his cot every day. Leanne was super organised in following up with us at regular intervals, offering support and expert guidance, while also being clear about where we were creating barriers to successful sleep. Sleep is a wonderful gift that I will never take for granted again! For any parents struggling with little ones’ sleep - I would highly recommend Leanne!”

“Being second time parents we thought we knew all the tricks to get a baby to sleep - turns out we didn't. From when B moved into his own room at six months to 11 months when we contacted Leanne, he was waking up three times a night without fail and I fed him back to sleep because that was the easiest thing to do. This often woke his big sister up. A particular low was having coronavirus and being woken up five times a night by both kids.
Leanne fixed everything. Within a couple of days of working together, through a combination of radically changing B's day routine and responding differently to wake ups, night feeds were gone, he was sleeping through and amazingly his sister was too.
I loved working with Leanne. I was particularly impressed at how bespoke and responsive her service is. Whereas most babies of a similar age I know who were sleeping through the night would be up at 5am, we managed to tweak all the timings over the course of a fortnight to get B to sleep until 6.30am. But above all Leanne is a very kind, caring and un-judgmental person, which is exactly what you need to guide you through this process when you are, let's face it, at your lowest ebb. My only regret is not doing it sooner”.

Hugo, 7.5 months
“Leanne was recommended to us via a friend, we started the one-to-one sleep package for our son Hugo as he was waking multiple time’s a night sometimes up to six times for months, needing to be fed back to sleep and couldn’t self settle. Two weeks on, Hugo settles himself to sleep and has already started to sleep through the night without waking.
Leanne’s help has been vital to our wellbeing and happiness as a family, allowing us to be better parents to Hugo thanks to some much needed sleep we also have a happier baby! We can’t recommend Leanne and her sleep programme enough. Thank you”

“I kept thinking it would sort itself out and the big sleeps would come, But the twins always woke and my evenings were spent up and down the stairs. I knew intervention was needed. Babies need sleep.
Leanne was amazing, I felt confident and at ease from the moment we spoke. Her plan was simple and after night one of tears both girls settled to sleep. Bedtimes then got progressively easier and shorter. They both slept the night for the first time ever by the second week.

Leo, 10 months
“Before working with Leanne my 10 month old son Leo was waking for long periods in the night, requiring feeding or rocking to sleep and only napping for 30 minutes in his cot.
Leanne was extremely supportive and knowledgable throughout, creating a daily schedule that felt manageable for both me and Leo. Working with Leanne under her guidance allowed us to find the confidence to make positive changes to Leo’s sleep routine which had amazing results!
Following our work with Leanne, Leo now sleeps throughout the night, self-settled and naps in his cot for an hour more at a time. He is a very happy and well rested baby and had much happier and rested parents!

Amarai, 12 months
“ I met Leanne in Spring 2021, when my son, Amarai and I did her excellent baby massage course. Even then sleep was an issue for us, but we hoped he would improve in his own time.
By November, with Amarai about to turn one and my return to work looming, we realised that something had to change, We were holding him for up to an hour before he fell asleep, resettling him several times in the evening, feeding him through the night and bringing him into our bed. Naps were anything from 40min to 2 hours and we often struggled to get him to sleep. The broken nights were taking their toll on my mental health and my relationship with Amarai and my husband. I couldn’t relax.
Leanne listened to our situation and presented us with a bespoke plan . We used a gentle, gradual method and by night 7, Amarai was putting himself to sleep and sleeping through the night. There was some crying (from all of us) and it was challenging at time, but Leanne was there to give us strength. And once the nights has improved, she supported us to transition Amarai from two naps to one, which he was ready for.
We now have a solid routine and Amarai sleeps really well. He wakes from his nap and night sleep well rested, and we have got our evenings and bed back! It’s not always perfect, but night wakes are now of the exception rather than the rule-and we are all so much happier for it”
