This is for your child’s safety.

17. Please consider your own mental state when choosing to work on a sleep plan and ensure you are ready and able to fully commit to the process. You will be asked on questionnaire and during consultation about any current mental health concerns that you have and Leanne Fraser will endevour to sign post you to additional support where needed. Leanne will always be sympathetic and understanding of any mental health conditions but reserves the right to delay starting any sleep training should she believe your current mental state will inhibit any progress and cause distress to you or your child.

RESULTS OF THE LITTLE YAWN & BIG YAWN PLAN

19. Leanne Fraser advises you to read the sleep plan carefully and to follow it consistently in order to achieve success. If the plan is followed, Leanne Fraser is confident you will get the best results possible for your child’s sleep and inline with your sleep goals. Illness, teething, lack of consistency with the plan and new developmental milestones reached during the plan can impact the progress. The timescale in which progress is achieved can vary wildly and depends on the individual child and the addition factors already mentioned. Your time, commitment and focus are needed to achieve the best results possible during sleep training. It should be made a priority during the time working together.

20. Leanne Fraser asks parents to work alongside her during the plan, and be adaptable to changes to it that may be required to improve sleep further.

21. Leanne Fraser does not accept liability or responsibility for sleep training that does not achieve the desired result during or after the time working together. Not all children are the same and from time to time the process may not be as effective as hoped or need more than the given time to improve.

22. Leanne Fraser cannot guarantee all sleep issues will be resolved in the given support period, as in some cases more time is needed outside of the 2 weeks plan to complete the process, but is confident of improvement at the very least. For the majority, your child’s sleep will be fully resolved in the given time, as long as the plan is followed and there is are no illnesses or developments. On occasion, the progress may not be as rapid or fully resolved in the 2-week period; the reasons for this can be varied.

23.  If your child becomes too unwell to continue the sleep plan, we will pause support and continue once your child is better.

24. In no event will Leanne Fraser be liable to you for any other claim, losses or damages
