Hello! I’m Leanne, Mummy to 2 little boys and privileged to help exhausted families get the sleep they need.

After having my first child and experiencing sleep deprivation and Post Natal Depression, I became fascinated by all things sleep and made a major career change from a very different corporate world to become a consultant.

I initially studied MNT Sleep training OCN Level 3, followed by a diploma level certification with ‘Baby Sleep the Night’ and sat amongst a group of other consultants. Curious to broaden my knowledge I went on to train with the well renowned Lyndsey Hookway and achieved OCN level 4 Gentle Sleep Coaching with Babyem and subsequently Little Yawners was born.

I’m incredibly passionate about mental health and the implications of sleep deprivation on it, and this is at the heart of everything I do including volunteering as a Perinatal Mental Heath Peer Supporter for NCT Parents in Mind and teaching baby massage classes.

There is an awful lot of ‘noise’ around infant sleep, what is right or wrong and what is ‘normal’. From my point of view if what you are doing is working for you then quite simply there’s no need to change it. However, if your situation is no longer sustainable, then you shouldn’t feel guilty about wanting and needing to change it. Sleep deprivation doesn’t have to be your normal and I am here to hold your hand and support you through the process of making the change.
