Baby Massage
IAIM 5-week courses in Hastings and surrounding areas
“Enhancing the connection between parent and caregiver”
Come and learn the beautiful skill of baby massage; an opportunity to bond with your baby through nurturing touch in a relaxed and welcoming space.
One hour classes are taught in small groups over 5 weeks combining Swedish and Indian massage, reflexology and yoga.
This course is about so much more than massage; you will also learn how to read your baby’s body language and behavioural cues and recognise their reflexes. You will feel supported and connected to other new parents through chatting and sharing your parenting experiences without judgement.
Oil, mats, a handout of the massage strokes and a certificate are provided, twins are charged as one baby. Mums, Dads and primary caregivers all welcome.
